And then there’s poor mere-mortal trainer Ben Colebrook. I wonder how much sleep he’s gotten lately knowing both KNICKS GO and TAX were once in his barn. In the past year, Brad Cox took KNICKS GO and turned him into a superstar. And two years ago, Danny Gargan claimed TAX from Colebrook (Claiborne/Dilschneider!) in his 30k maiden-claiming debut and turned him into a [soon-to-be] millionaire. Ben, say it ain’t so.
