Went to download sundays mini quick TGs sheets in the red board room, went the 1st 4 steps but was unable to download the sheet, please help

Hello philywheel,

this is one of the TG Developers.  I took a look at the logs and it appears that we are both using the same browser (and version) which is Chrome.  Can you please confirm this?  Also, when you click on the Full Card button on step 4 do you see the Save and View buttons/icons on the right?  If so, what happens when you click on each of them?  Please give a couple seconds between each click to ensure that each is attempted.  Note that the download itself could be blocked due to browser settings.  Also if you choose View and you have a popup manager disabling popups (new tabs) there could be an issue here as well.

Hi TGdev, I do use the same version ( chrome)and I do see the save and view Icons when I click the save button nothing happens, I have tried many times

chrome sometimes saves automatically, in chrome, top right there are 3 dots, go to settings, advanced, downloads, set your downloads to a place you want them to go. That may help
