P 2 P messages

Just wondering if anyone else has had a difficult experience reading person to person messages. What is the key? log in and select person to person messages? Really, any insight would be most appreciative...

Go directly to the page this way.

Or click New Topic--> Person to person messages.

FWIW - I go to Search and from there I click on Person to Person.
