More Important Than Horse Racing?
« on: June 25, 2021, 01:13:14 AM »
I guess I should add to the subject of my post, something like... in a civilized world. It is easy to forget how much of the world doesn\'t fit the parameters I consider civilized.

My point is simply, as much as I have enjoyed playing Sha Tin & Happy Valley in Hong Kong I can no longer patronize those venues.

The Communist Chinese Regime has outlawed the \"Free press\" in Hong Kong by forcing the Apple Daily Newspaper out of business. In solidarity with democratic principles, I now reject communist Chinese goods, services, everything.

For my $2 or $2.60HK their Horse Racing Product is/was first-rate and in a time slot with so little else to do.

Dig a little deeper and a little closer to home and you\'ll soon find yourself stuck betting on Tuvaluan cricket.
