On an unrelated note, may I suggest horse racing and their HISA reps reach out to these folks from Duke to implement some much needed work in this area?  An athlete passport before they ever debut might be a big time start for horse racing.  And starting to look for autologous blood work in the industry might be worth a long, long look.
