One Timer and Barasso
« on: November 03, 2021, 10:00:18 PM »
1. Any concern that One Timer may be the ouchie type or have issues? Two months between starts in Canada to Cali and also a two week spacing between works 10/13-10/28.
2. Barasso did not work with the rest of the Baffert crew last weekend. Last work was on 10/24. Anyone know why?

Thanks in advance,
Patrick

Barossa ran on Oct 15.  He is coming into the race with 3 weeks spacing.  Am guessing that with that kind of spacing, Giving a horse too many work outs is probably counterproductive.  How many workouts does Baffert normally give his horses in the 3 weeks between the Preakness and the Belmont?  How many of the Baffert contingent are coming in on such short rest?
