Promoting & Selling Intangibles
« on: March 05, 2025, 02:53:13 PM »
As a senior citizen I find it incredulous what is promoted and sold in current times. As an example outside of politics, the DRF and others are running a story about the Rich Strike Breeding rights syndicate.  \"https://www.drf.com/news/rich-strike-moving-new-york-partnership-including-former-trainer-reed\"

I am admittedly biased against Rich Strike, first as a prospective Kentucky Derby winner, as a Kentucky Derby winner\'s prospects of ever winning again, and now as a stud.

Buying into a Breeding syndicate is not so unlike one to make a movie, like say Anora. Those who liked Rich Strike probably made enough in the Jeff Ruby and Kentucky Derby to cover any $$\'s lost in other races.

So good luck to those who use the services of RICH STRIKE $6,500 is a modest enough sum I guess.

Interesting pedigree. Gold digger, dam of Mr.Prospector, shows up quite a bit top and bottom. Also the dam of Search for Gold.

Rich Strike\'s dam sold for $1700 when he was a weanling. She does not have another registered foal after Rich Strike.

Good luck to whom ever breeds to him.
