Returns to the scene of the crime and goes in a 1X in the race AFTER the Derby. The crime was the 1:20:2 going 7F last year as a 2 YO Maiden. I will leave it there

Patch is still figuring it out. Probably not the Brightest Bulb in the Barn but does have talent. Didnt want go thru on the inside when off at 4/5 first out. Got tje garden trip next out and destroyed when sent off at 2/5. That first route was ok and its not like he got beat by 3 chumps. All of them are in the Derby! Tampa was a debacle. Broke wide and went wider. For the entire trip. Made a couple of small moves then got in the lane and tired and gave up. Huge Jockey switch and sprinting again at home.

Baffert ships in with a speedy gassed up special. Irad is major Jockey swith for Riley Motts improving runner. This race last year produced Raging Torrent. Giant Mischief and Jefferson Street.

Baffert is treading lightly until Derby Day where it looks like he entered 9 on the card.

Only saw 1 entered on Oaks Day

and 2 others earlier in week. One a 6/5 morning line.

Looking a bit like a smash and grab. Leave no lead up evidence. We know, we know... they\'ve been looking for an edge since 1875. He killed that Derby horse.
