You’ll have to be a little more specific…

Bouton was in THE LONG GOODBYE (1973), directed by Robert Altman. The film is streaming now on The Criterion Channel.

As Bob Barry may or may not remember, Gould used to shoot around using the outside basket, while we played inside the gym. We invited him to join the game but he turned us down. He lived on Morton st., Belushi lived on the same block around the same time.

That version of The Long Goodbye contains one of the most shocking scenes you’ll ever see, followed by “I love her. I don’t even like you”.

Must have been before my time. I\'d have remembered that. What \"outside basket\"? Was there one in the parking lot south of the gym?

Not surprised he declined. That was a \"no autopsy, no foul\" game back then, and he would have been spotting a few years to just about everyone.
