Although a boycott would be the most effective way to get the point across, betting on horse racing for some is a drug of choice. The CAW’s are stealing from people who are extremely vulnerable. Horse racing thrived for many years because it was the only game in town. I’ve watched it die in Illinois and IMHO the CAW’s will be the final nail in the coffin as more players realize what’s being done to them.
