No question the odds are changing wildly late.  Another case where the 10th race winner was already well bet in the EX long before the race was off.

 It was 3-1 at the off, , then 5/2 and quickly 9/5.  

 They also bet the 8 from 30-1 to 18-1

 I still dont think its past posting.
