Oaklawn and trainers
« on: March 12, 2005, 09:44:12 AM »
Cole Norman can be added to the list of trainers who should be watched closely - by the authorities...how he can run horses to $58 wins and have 6 winners on the day (hey, 3 of them actually could walk back to the barn!)without many eyebrows raised is amazing to me...

Oaklawn - why are the rules different for Cole than anyone else (except Holthus?)...really, why? Top trainer goes off at 26:1 - happens all the time, right?

Gee where have I heard this before? Leading trainer, high percentage trainer, son of a very good (deceased) trainer, being accused of SOMETHING.

As I have said in past posts, Mr Norman has had more of his runners win and hit the board than any other trainer at Oaklawn; as such his runners have been tested more frequently than any other trainers\' runners. They have had every opportunity to catch him doing SOMETHING.

More importantly, FG P4:

La Derby: Storm Surge, Scipion, Sort it Out,
Real Dandy, Indy Storm

Krantz: Shuanavon, Flager, Lost Bride, May
Gator, Bijou

FG Oaks: Summerly

NO HCP: Pollards Vision, Limehouse, Wandering Boy, Freefourinternet

sorry, Richiebee, but here locally you\'d know he doesn\'t get tested for didly...that\'s the problem.
