While the dust is settling from the many seemingly never ending scandals and non-stop events with negative connentations that have been at the forefront of Thoroughbred Racing and the Racing Industry in general during the past recent years , I\'m beginning to wonder whether or not it has occured to anybody with the exception\'s of Jerry Brown & Thorograph (+ there are a few others)that sound breeding and professional stable mngmnt might get into these race horse\'s some or most of the attributes and qualities which many have been attempting to attain through milkshaking, doping, and other \"funny\" bussiness etc . While the Cut Corner approach may be desierable during the running of a given race in terms of saving ground, it would seem to not yield successful results when applied to the Racing Industry , Thoroughbred Racing and needless to say, almost any commercial venture or bussiness model - eventually correct and viable practices must be adhered too in order insure a high level of quality that will ultimately increase market share over both the short and long haul . Perhaps a Think Tank of Racing Industry Officianados need to convene at Kentucky Downs this summer and Brainstorm a plan to get American Thoroughbred\'s back up to snuff and on par with the European Breeding Programs .
