Catching Up

Wood-- my guess is the same as Frank\'s, for the same reasons-- the scenario that makes the most sense has Survivalist running another 4, Scrappy going back to the 5-5 1/2 level, others collapsing. That gives BR neg 4 or so, around 117 Beyer plus or minus ground and weight. Not that it matters much, but Beyer got his GP race wrong (slow) by about 8-9 of his points.

Michael-- that FD GP number gave me a lot of trouble. If he gets a forward move this time (probable) I\'ll go back and look at that race again. I bet against him yesterday, and would have if the figure were better as well-- either way I thought it would kill him.

Coranodo\'s Quest ran a couple of fifths slower, over a much faster track (I know, you don\'t believe it).

Looking forward to Kee next weekend.

CH-- it\'s official, you\'re a fool. Given the warm reception you have received on the Rag board, I don\'t understand why you don\'t just peddle your nonsense there.

Ninefingers-- do it again and you will be blocked.

It does matter and if he has the horse moving forward 10-12 lengths off a previous 15 length win then it tells you something is wrong.

Left Bank a few years back did the same thing and ran last next out. I passed the race yesterday.

Please do us all a favor and take down the entire DUNG string. It is childish garbage. People come to a place like this on the day after big races to find some explanation. Not a bunch of you suck, no you suck, well you suck even more crap.

At a time of year when people need to be stepping it up a notch some people are exhibiting all the characteristics that says they can\'t.

I agree completely. Let\'s keep ALL the childish garbage off this board.

But while I have a minute, I\'d like to mention that I made sooooo much money on the 1982 Derby with Gato Del Sol, I was able to finish clown school and get some really good makeup and rubber noses.

TGJB,

\"CH-- it\'s official, you\'re a fool. Given the warm reception you have received on the Rag board, I don\'t understand why you don\'t just peddle your nonsense there.\"

You are correct, the Rags do seem to be a little more open minded and thoughtful.

jerry,
wasn\'t knocking your FD #, i think most saw it the same, and there really was no way to tell how fast the horse ran that day. as for the wood, i am very interested in seeing the #. i wrote a \"4\" next to \"T\" and survivalist before the race. i didn\'t know how fast bellamy was going to go, just knew it was going to be a hell of a lot faster than going wild. 5/2 on both? well done with the figs there.
