lol...ok i can\'t comment on your earlier bets yet..i\'m still reviewing.

You got good horses with big chances. Sunny is quizzical but at least you\'ll get good odds. I hate to say it, but I think Bandini is gonna run another nice one. I hate FuPegs and these guys are proving me stupid but i think they both could hit the super.

Watch the Ark derby again and watch Andromeda in the stretch...he catches a problem and it impedes him ......He\'ll be fortunate if he can get such a marvelous inside trip again but with a little luck he could come a clunkering at big odds into the exotics. I\'m subbing him for Greater Good in my Mag-7

G.G. has too many knocks against him.

On CtC\'s announcement that GG was dropped from the mag7, odds on GG dropped sharply?

A new policy at CD this year I never heard of. They open the infield on Thursday and let people stay in there until the end of racing Saturday. Talk about party poker on!

Good points David Rex,

The Derby is a very unpredictable crap shoot.  Sure, Bellamy could go gate to wire, or he could get left standing in the stall like Holy Bull.  X,Y & Z could get great or horrible trips, etc., etc., etc.

I say look at a few horses you really fancy
(5 or so with a top already capable of winning or, less likely, a great forging pattern plus the likelihood of a good pace and trip scenario) and put a small wager on the highest price.  Most years you lose, but this approach works for me every few years or so [Thunder Gulch (25-1), Charismatic (15-1), Go for Gin (9-1), Unbridled (10-1)].  You can\'t make a living this way, but you\'ll keep you\'re shirt!
