To my surprise I found that Colonial lets you bet $1 Pic 6 and had I spent an extra $24 on my ticket I would have had 6 out of 6 . (no one hit it) Had 5 of 6.
I agree the pay out should be based on a $1 ticket would get more speculative money in the pools that way.
