Actaully it was the fairgrounds in New Orleans. It is completely underwater and the roof has either collapsed or has been blown off. I have no idea about horses being evacuated but I don\'t beleive that many horses were stabled there as the meet does not begin or was not scheduled to begin until thanksgiving. michael
