I agree with you about Derby1592\'s posts and am curious about his status myself.  Reading between the lines of some posts a while back, I have the impression that he may be an opposing party in the litigation over a handicapping venture that TGJB mentioned, but I could be wrong.  I think readers of the Ragozin board may know more and am hopeful one of them will chime in if TGJB (for understandable reasons) is hesitant to comment.

Bit-- he is a party to the litigation, but his decision not to post here is his own.
