Bailey was just interviewed on the radio.  I took notes.

Sand Springs -- \"can\'t take ahold of her.  Leroid will not get an early lead.\"  Bailey said bar shoes on Leroid was not a good sign.

Shakespeare is iffy on soft but he didn\'t say anything bad.

Confident in St. Liam but said the draw was an issue.

QUESTION:

I thought LEROI was going to be equipped with regular shoes for the race and the bars were precautionary for training.Does anyone know for SURE what LEROI will  wear tomorrow ? I can\'t think of a more important angle all day than Leroi\'s shoes.

I heard the bar shoes were just on for training as a \"precaution.\"  I don\'t think he\'ll be in them for the race.  Bailey\'s point was that he didn\'t see the training bar shoes as a positive...whether he changed out of them for the race or not...  HP

miff,Frank Lyons on TVG/The Works said the bar shoes were a precautionary measure just for training. Won\'t wear them tomorrow,at least according to Lyons.
