That is scary as all hell. Just one more thing a horseplayer needs to worry about when his/her key horse fails to fire. It is an unjust game.
And, although Simpatico Bribon was chalky, I still feel sorry for anybody who bet the horse. When I want chalky horses to lose, I want them to lose fair and square. In the long run, cheating benefits nobody even those who may inadvertantly cash a ticket as a result of the cheating.
