how come sns did not get the dead rail symbol for his race in the derby?

unless i am mistaken you did give it out and he made a serious move to get in contention all on the rail?

I know this question is for JErry, but he answered it before.  he didn\'t give out a dead rail at all for Derby day.  He gave it out for the Oaks day.

Others on this board, myself included, seemed to think the rail was not the place to be on Derby day, but there was no dead rail given out, either here or by the competition.
