Today at WO
« on: October 21, 2007, 10:15:45 AM »
I have been a TG customer for a long time and I don\'t usually post. But today, there is a play at Woodbine (one of my favorite tracks), which I have to share.

In the 5th race, Sealy Hill looks poised for a big effort. In addition to having the best number, she\'s getting a 5 pound allowance. She\'s paired numbers on both poly and turf (which I really like) and has a great post, albeit a
1 1/4 mile race.

Fortunately, I have access to a simulcast outlet which accepts Woodbine.

I\'m all in !!

p.s. I also like the one horse in race 6

Nice card today eh? I like Sir Michael Stout\'s \"ASK\" #9 in the 7th. I just bet $100 across on him. Looks set for a moster stretch run second off the layoff...Good times eh?

Uncle Buck,

Agree with your choice. \"Ask\" has had some physical problems (a leg infection), but seems to have bounced back strongly. Probably still has further development.

Hope we get at least morning line odds.

good handicapping pj. Sealy Hill ran well at 4-1. hope you saved with the favorite (who is one tough filly).

It took a course record by the winner. If your horse doesn\'t steady maybe he wins. great race.............

Thanks Michael.

I saved with the place bet on Sealy Hill. But believe-it-or-not, I had Cloudy\'s Knight in the 7th. I know it\'s easy to say after the fact, but I couldn\'t resist the odds and the numbers. Initially, I liked \"Ask\", but just couldn\'t take 5-2.

Spa,

No excuse for Sealy Hill. She looked like a winner mid-stretch. I thought she was home, but she died.

  So be it.
