I was live with all 6 in Oaks/Derby doubles, and realistically there was only one horse that could beat me. Didn\'t even occur to me until after they posted the tri price to put BB over them in tris and supers. Wouldn\'t have had the super, but would have had the tri a few times, for very little investment.

Incidentally, this is going to be another Derby where very few even paired their top. Unless you want to give BB neg 7 or something.

It was one of those races that looked like it had more than the typical number of horses that were \"all or nothing\".  There were a lot of extra question marks related to surface. IMO the 20 horse field also has a way of causing a lot of horses to not record figures in line with their ability. There are always loads of decent horses that get poor positon, get banged around etc... Someone has to finish 10-20. Usually there are some good horses in that group. I don\'t think it\'s a very good indication of what they would be capable of in a race where they fit better, get good position, get a cleaner run etc...
