\"A short price horse won the race and two other longshots finished ahead of Dynameaux.\"
Yes, that would be just about the second most negative way of looking at it, right behind \"up the track\". Perhaps this is semantic, but as definitions of \"up the track\" go, Dynameuax\'s performance on Sunday just doesn\'t work, IMO.
\"Robes now joins Everybody In America who plays the horses who can talk about 30-1 shots they played that finished fourth.\"
Except it was Beau who talked it up-- not Robes. He admitted he didn\'t hit the race. To use Beau as an example of \"they\" giving credit where it is not due strikes me as more than a little disingenuous. A company is only as smart as its most foolish customer?
\"If you needed it for the superfecta I\'m happy if you had it.\"
No super offered on the race.
\"You\'re entitled to your opinion.\"
Thanks so much.
\"If this makes me a sycophant, so be it. I\'ve been called worse.\"
I apologize if I misunderstand where you\'re coming from on this-- I just can\'t figure out what other reason you\'d have for starting such a flimsy thread/complaint. Like most reasonable people, I gave up reading posts from Tiznow long ago-- I had to go back to find the ROTW thread you use as justification for this topic, which was started over there by... Tiznow. And greeted rather poorly.
If TGJB wants to question his competitor\'s numbers or business practices in an effort to either defend Tgraph or promote his business, it makes for fair game and interesting dialogue.
But blaming The Sheets for anything out of that idiot Beau\'s mouth, ugh.
