I find it comical that the suits at Delaware Park would come down this hard on a jockey when they pretty much look the other way when it comes to the trainers.

Right now it\'s fashionable to be hard on jockeys and trainers especially with the animal loons barking and the politicians listening. The penalty is a joke and Rose was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Whether it was by accident or on purpose, you should still be held accountable for your whip. You should be aware of what you are doing with your whip all the time.
