I heard from one of the board members today that the BC is going to come out with a policy that unless a state bans steriods for race days, no track in that state will be considered for the BC, starting in 2010.
I know that other drugs are also a problem and I know that we need to take blood to test at a future date in order to catch the cheaters who are currently ahead of the testers but I think this is a good thing and a step in the right direction.
