Dannyboy,
If you do own Sky Mesa, congratulations! Her turf debut was terrific. She attended a very fast early pace, checked off heels down the backside losing position and then ran them over in the lane.Regardless of her fig, an outstanding performance which was much better than the fig she gets considering the overall trip. Don\'t listen to any nonsense about her saving ground and the race NOT being as good as it looked, thats what tactical horses do that horses with heavy ground loss and good wide figs can\'t.
A 95 Beyer for a 3yr old filly on grass is a serious fig and may be app a TG 3.5 if Jerry sees the race as Beyer did.Incidentally, this year features some of the best 3yr old route fillys ever, with Zenyatta, Music Note, Proud Spell and your filly. Having seen SM \"grass\" I doubt she will get beat on that surface by any 3yr old grass filly that I have seen, assuming she stays good.Good Luck!
Mike
