try and beat the favorites Zenyatta and Tough Tiz\'s Sis with 2 that drew well -

Romance Is Diane - half to \'1.5\' router Romanceishope. \'3\' top last year over cushion at  1 1/16; same last making up ground at 7f. 5 weeks prep. hot trainer/jock combo. gets in light and should save ground. looking for a run in the \'2\' range.

West Coast Swing - \'3\' top poly-sprinting last year. solid 1m dirt race last. should get a good trip from the 4 hole, and gets in a 113 lbs. a repeat of last puts her close.

MD - there is a lot of talk about Silver Swallow in this one as well...may want to include.  I have not handicapped it...just from what I\'m listening to.  Sounds like the pro\'s think Z did not run all that well last out.  Just a thought.

Sneaky longshot is the Drysdale filly.


Conditioned in a 1 3/8 turf race followed by a win at a mile on the poly. Perhaps this is the day she runs her explosive race with 113lbs. and the 2 post with the others that are faster regressing off of their last.

Not a bad win bet at 20-1 or better with a protect play at the bottom of your exacta ticket.

I keyed Silver Swallow last out. had a bunch of runs in the \'5\' range last year. not a bad 3rd at 23-1, but with the nice timing, she should have been able to run at the \'3\' lvl, which would have won the race. not sure what to think here, but I have to pencil in a 2w/3w trip, which means she is going to need a 2 to 3 point top to win this. moves up if the track is favoring closers.

I got run down by Zenyatta; $56 exacta a small consolation to what could have been.

My year would have been made if that \"female dog\" doesn\'t fire today.

Nice pick with Model.  But in all fairness, tough to be upset when a horse of Zenyatta\'s caliber beats you. We all have woulda coulda shoulda stories.  Hopefully you hammered the exacta.

Where are all of the Mike Smith bashers??  Another terrible ride.  What was he thinking saving ground around the far turn, angling out,  and running them all down.  How did he ever get into the HOF??.  He clearly sucks.

I agree; Zenyatta is a beast.  But check out the replay. Model makes the front early, then starts to idle. She\'s coming back at the end, but obviously too late.

IMO, a better timed run gets her the money.
