Order Problem

I tried to place an online order and got an error message that \'either my username or password is not correct\'. I tried the \'forgot password\' option and I was told that my email address is not registered in the system. I tried to EDIT my account and it seemed to recognize my email address. I\'m posting here and again it seems to recognize my email address. I don\'t understand what is wrong with the system. There seems to be some confusion about what is and what isn\'t registered. Can you help? Please email me directly.

I just checked..and you mistyped your email address \".ne\" instead of \".net\" when you opened an online account.

I just corrected it and the system is sending you an email with your password.

Thanks for the quick response. It\'s working great now. The original problem was mine - I typed in an incorrect Username when I logged on.
