smashes him twice, no problem. why even have inquires? clearly knock him around. but i dont think it would of changed the outcome.

The NYRA stewards took down a Gr.I winner with tremendous ramifications on the breeding industry.

I was there.  It looked to me like there was contact not once but twice.  I was surprised it didn\'t come down (I used the winner but not the second horse...).
