Comparing the current version of the sheet of U.S Ranger (entered tomorrow in the 9th at Santa Anita) to the version provided last year in connection with the Breeders Cup, it appears that there was a one-half point favorable adjustment made to all of his European figures. Can you explain why this adjustment was made? And further, was this adjustment made across the entire database to all European figures? If so, why?
