Any opinion on the chances of Snaafy? He looks to have a nice forward moving pattern and by Kingmambo should get the distance.

He has already shown 4 points of development in a short period of time but only 2 points from his only race in 2008. He gets a competent jockey in Hills but does anybody know anything about this trainer?

Beyond that, I am thinking that Arson Squad and Asiatic Boy deserve a look along with Albertus Maximus (who probably merits favoritism) although AS might have some distance limitations.

Thoughts?

I don\'t have a strong view on Snaafy, but you are going to get huge odds with the US runners taking a ton of money.

I like 2nd favorite Asiatic Boy. Has the huge run over the surface in \'07. De Kock didn\'t quite have him ready to go last year.

How about Casino Drive?  3YO top of 0, gets back to the 0 second start as a 4YO.  Just won over an off track, bred for the distance.

Asiatic Boy looks like a bounce candidate to me. Big neg number as a 4yo, hasn\'t approached it until last race where he ran a  1.75. However, I hesitate to go against anything Michael suggests. Always respect your opinions Michael.

Casino Drive at 8/1 ML is a pretty square price.
