Looks likes NYRA is making the Mullins detention barn violation incident a Public Realtions farce.After being grilled by some lightweights for like 6 hours,it has been decided that NYRA wants to talk to more \"witnesses\" before deciding on possible further sanctions against Mullins.
Once again the people who run this game show their overall incompetetance just when things were kinda looking up. Could say more but won\'t.
