M\'s Will seems usable, but this is a tough little race you found, Pres.

He seems stuck on the same number he\'s run 3 of his last 4 (which might be good enough to win), so I don\'t know where any improvement going to come from. It seems to be a \"must\" that he runs the same again just to contend, and there are at least 4 others in here that can run as fast. M\'s Will does pick up 1 TG point on the 5 lb weight shift, though. He\'ll need it.

The big dog here is #11 Russell Road, who has the best numbers, although they were earned solely at ChuckTown, where you have to make like 12 turns to go the 7 furlongs he\'s been running lately. Russell Road is curving back to his best effort but is vulnerable from the outside post. Don\'t like him at 2-1, but can\'t see tossing him either.

Other possibilities:
#4 Nay\'s Tap shows a recent tight pair and seems at least as good as M\'s Will. Is there more horse back there? Your call. ML 6-1 seems about right.

#6 Citizen and #8 Easy Gallop both have some competitive numbers to run back to, except that Citizen is ML 12-1 and Easy Gallop is 3-1.

That makes Citizen the focus of this race for me, and the fact that he is trained by Bernie Flint is simply a bonus. If M\'s Will *and* Citizen go off at 10-1 or more, I might dutch \'em to win in addition to the exotics.

I\'m hoping the weight and post will be enough to beat the 11. 4 and 8 look playable    in the boxes.  Good luck.

Bunch of scratches: #1, #3, my pick #6, #8 (2nd ML fave), and #11 (ML fave). I guess a $75K stakes pot on a (rare) dry, fast track at MNR on a Tuesday night isn\'t enough.

The jock on #5 (M\'s Will) is 2 lbs. over; good -- maybe he ate a meal or something, and won\'t pass out before he gets to the wire.

Looks like you can lock it up with a 4-5 box.
