Folks:

  I post this link to elicit some informed comments...Clearly this is ALL  politics, BUT, never underestimate the lunacy of New York State politicians.  IMO, in the fact that this state legislature has mis-managed this Aqueduct \'racino\' opportunity for > 8 years, what are the odds that they will be cognizant to positively solve it in 6 months???
