The big question is will we folks in the Mid-Atlantic region be able to wager on this equine extravaganza? I heard a rumor from a reliable source that the dispute will be settled by Saturday though I must question, if they know that for sure, then why isn\'t it just settled now??? My patience is wearing very thin on this issue. I may need to take a crash course on Casino games very soon or just go back to harness racing full-time.
