Oaks Future Wager

Did anybody else throw some money away on this?
I could not resist taking a stab. I figured that there was a very good chance that the big favorite SFF will not even enter the Oaks (lots of other choices that Shug could make with her) so it was worth a shot.
I settled on \"My Trusty Cat.\" I thought she looked liked she had as good a chance as any. I really like her line and she is already fast enough to be relevant. Probably a dumb bet but at 28-1 I figured why not take a shot? I will find out more when she runs in the Fantasy this weekend.
Good luck to anyone else foolish enough to play the Oaks future.
Chris
P.S. That was a nice analysis by TGJB on the Derby future horses.

Chris:
I took the exact opposite view. At 5-1, I figured SFF is about as high as she will be for the rest of her career. Most likely she will be odds on if she runs. I made a token bet to cover my other futures bet. It will be an interesting Sat. coming up. I wish we had the pk 6 at SA today!!!

After they turned down a very big offer from one of my clients I had no choice but to bet My Trusty Cat in the futures. Also went for Santa Catarina, who according to DRF is training up to the race, which at least means she\'ll be in the gate.
