I wonder what NYRA is worried about , with this new , strict oversight of where Belmont Stakes entries will be stabled.
Maybe they are afraid of not being able to find all the horses on raceday , if they are scattered about.
Or, possibly, it\'s easier to clean up all the needles if they are contained in one geographic area. ;-------)
