Starting April 1st (and no, it\'s not an April Fool\'s joke), if you handle around $1,000 in a day or more, you may be eligible to get Thoro-Graph for free at Monmouth. That\'s data for both live racing and simulcasts, and both while live racing is going on and when it\'s not, when they are only doing simulcasting.
