Inner - Outer at GP?

Have I missed something?  There\'s an article on the DRF site concerning the jockeys\' refusal to ride in a race Sunday at GP on the \"inner\" turf course, but they would consider riding if the race was switched to the \"outer\" course.  When did GP get 2 turf courses a la Belmont or Saratoga?

Joe,

I played GP a lot this meet and the most important factor in the turf races is the rail position. I really paid no attention to the Inner/Outer stuff and still had a profitable meet.

No rail to 56ft. had more a speed bias and further out than 56ft. favored closers FWIW.
