Just for fun , I looked at the replays of that race where the Oscar Jr horse wired on the turf but got DQ\'ed.
The pan shot looks bad, but if you watch the head on, you can make a case that it was no so cut and dried. I don\'t know if that\'s a bad angle or not, but it looks like horses from the outside post would have to be godzilla to clear a field.
I see horses coming OUT as well as the winner dropping over.
Just sayin.
