How about this simple Derby Possibility?

The 2004 kentucky derby repeat...American Lion guns to the lead just like lion heart.. Eske stalks somewhere close by... and runs by him in the stretch like smarty jones did.. AL hangs in there for 2nd improving 2nd out on dirt with Rule near by and LAL, NP, Ice Box and other closers lose ground but close for 3rd and 4th?   imo that looks good to me on paper for the exacta..  easy enough... right?  =D

You want a simple one?

Box Pletcher\'s entries in tris and supers.

Need to see post positions, but I don\'t think American Lion\'s early pace #s will project him on the lead.

I would bet almost anything that with a good clean break it will be Conveyance and/or Line of David setting the pace.  And I don\'t think AL can hang with them early.  He\'s either going to have to rate at least 5 lengths off them or he is a total toss IMHO.
