Rachel Bench Memo

Since there has been an awful lot of misinformation about the case (as evidenced by many of the comments on the Paulick report), here\'s the memo we gave the judge before the trial. Nothing we said was contradicted by any of the evidence in the trial. We like our chances on appeal.

Jerry thanks for the cogent and well articulated brief on your behalf.  I certainly better understand your contentions.  andre has done a very good job for you hopefully the appeals court will lend an open ear.

would it be asking to much to provide the courts reasons for judgment
