As I already stated in another thread, if you go back and check horses that ran an extended campaign in Cali and then popped at least a zero on dirt first time back, many of them had figures much worse than Caracortado. If he fits the bill of the synth to dirt moveup he could be right there. I think pedigree is the biggest question with this one.
