just annouced nyra to close june 9,2010 as per nyra no longer have money to continue

I doubt if anyone is going to let the Saratoga season go. Hotel owners are already nervous about a decline in reservations and there will be hell to pay in Albany if NY doesn\'t do a bail out.
I love Saratoga. The Racino seems to be doing well, so maybe privatization would be good with the right backers. But probably the State will keep dragging out the VLT plans for another year.

As expected the State gives a 25 mil line of credit to NYRA in the budget extender bill. Patterson says he wants a VLT deal by Aug. of THIS year. Hmmm. We shall see.
