How much weight, if any, do you put on a 2 year old bearing in(or out) in the stretch, e.g. Pluck?  Curious as to whether or not you look at that as a negative or simply being a little green and nothing to worry about.

It\'s something to consider, but the time between race and trainer intent (shipping to run in a stake) make me think it\'s less of an issue than it would be with a claimer coming back in 2 weeks (keep in mind that stake horses are treated differently). If I was considering singling him in a pick 6 or something like that I would also be much more concerned than here, where it\'s a question of how much to weight him with my key.

Nice call on that.  How would you(or did you) bet that race?  I do pretty well handicapping but the betting/bankroll management can be trying.....

I had about 60% to win and 40% in exactas underneath, mostly under the winner. Didn\'t consider playing a tri box, probably should have.
