Derby Trial

I\'m curious to your thoughts on the Derby Trial on Saturday night.

I like Indiano in this spot.  Wolfson is strong at CD when shipping in (23% Win/54% ITM).  He drops 2 lbs while Travelin Man gains 6 lbs.  He should get a favorable pace scenario as Duca sets the table while Travelin Man and maybe JJ\'s Lucky Train stalk intently.

I think a pair up of his last wins this or at the very least gets him in the exacta.  The ground he loses while stalking Travelin Man will be offset by the weight turnaround from the Hutcheson S.

Might back up with JJ\'s Lucky Train.  Although, his penchant for coming wide off the turn scares me a bit.  A ground saving trip makes him the equal or better to Indiano and Travelin Man.

Hard to fathom Travelin Man out of the top three.  Hard to separate Machen, Indian Winter and Dominus but believe they will vie for the minor awards at the very best.  Would be no surprise, however, if one of those three steps up and splits my exacta, though.

I\'m using Indiano too.

Might use Dominus as my price horse in exotics.

Quite the novel concept, bet in NY, have a NY company take the bets and create NY jobs !


Brilliant !!!

How come King Charles never thought of that one while the NYS tax payers and bettors pay for his blunders ?
