Twice the Appeal figure change

In the sheets for Sunland for 3/27/11, the figure given to Twice the Appeal for his prior race at Turf Paradise on 2/26/11 was 11.  In the sheets provided for the Derby, the figure for that Turf Paradise race has been improved significantly.  What are the reasons for that change?

When there is some doubt about a figure we review the race after several have come back to run again. That\'s the reason for the change for the horses in the Woodford Reserve, too.
