Are there any decent races there or should I just buy the Belmont Sheets and then turn on the TV at 5:30 or so and that be it.

Manhattan and the True North looks like the best of the stakes to me:

True North - Custom for Carlos, D\'Funnybone, Smiling Tiger
Acorn - Turbulent Descent and Her Smile
Jume a game - Gypsy\'s Warning, Cherokee Queen, Aviate
Woody Stephens - Arch Traveler, Travelin Man, Runflatout?

Looks like a good Pick 6 and Pick 4 Card then. Should be fun.
