I had a nice size win bet on Stay Thirsty.  Man, I thought I had it there.  No way I see Ruler on Ice hanging on at a 1 1/2.  No way.

Got busted out of the Pick 4 pretty easily, only survived the 1st leg (and I used ALL).  

Didn\'t use the 3 anywhere in the Belmont, so even if Stay had won Ruler on Ice would have beat me out of my Tre.  Still would have been nice to cash that win bet.

This has been the Triple Crown series from hell.  Close but nothing.  I\'m taking a break until Saratoga.

thought I had it hit turning for home with Brilliant Speed. ran the best fig with all the ground loss, but gets no pass from me. he still needs to beat that lousy bunch, especially after the fav went down early.

I played pick 3\'s, used 3 in the FM grass race including the winner, and used 4 including the the bomb in the Manhattan (for a drop, because he was so long). My $5 pick 3 was paying 16k for $2. And if the winner doesn\'t show and the 2-3-4 run 1-2-3, I\'m guessing I and everyone else on this board would have killed the tri price.

I got beat out of at least 40K-50K there between the Broklyn/Belmont Double and the p4..along with p3s rolling off of that one and exactas..

P4 was easy for me..
.50 cent p4 All/All/All/2  I wasn\'t going to get beat if my longshot won the belmont..It was paying 30K for .50 cent..

My wife had family over...They now think she is married to a crazy man that screams at the TV..
Top it all of my wife\'s favorite numbers are 2.3 ..She asked me why I didn\'t box her numbers..I wanted to Box her..

Bet 2 horses to win. Nehro and Ruler on Ice. I am not happy. Brilliant Speed screwed me out of a lifetime score. I do thank TG figs for my even considering Ruler on Ice. Front runners holding and 1st time blinkers didn\'t hurt either. I really was expecting him to be in the exotics, but I had to take a shot for the win so I wouldn\'t be totally pissed if he pulled off the upset. We\'ll get em next year.

Sarava, D\'Tara, now Ruler On Ice........adds up to $271 win mutual. You don\'t have to be right often with those numbers.

Larry Colmus on NBC said that JV almost went down as AK clipped heels with another horse.  He lost an iron and spotted the field 10 lengths and cost me $1500. He put in a great effort just to get back in the race but the toll was too much and he faded to 6th.  Horse and jockey are all heart.  Hope to bet him back in the Breeders Cup.
